Certificate of Restoration
A permanent digital record of the work performed, accessible by QR code and branded as Galindo Atelier. It travels with the bag when it changes hands.

First contact
Share six photos of your bag. We respond within 24 hours with an honest assessment and a rough quote, before you leave the house.
Assessment
Your bag arrives for a full in-person inspection. We authenticate it, photograph every detail, and give you a firm written quote before work begins.
Handback
Two to four weeks later, your bag comes back in its best condition, with a Certificate of Restoration and a leather care card.
